These terms apply when a clinic ("you") uses DentXOS ("we", "us"). By using DentXOS, you agree to them.
The service
DentXOS is online software for running a dental clinic. It needs an internet connection. Features marked "launching soon" are not part of the service until they are released.
Plans and billing
- Plans are priced per clinic, per year, plus GST, as shown on our pricing page.
- Extra branches and extra storage are charged as listed there.
- WhatsApp message charges, where they apply, are billed to you directly by Meta. We do not add a markup.
- We will tell you before a price change affects your renewal.
Your data
Your clinic's records belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to store your patients' data and for how your staff use it. Your chain admin can export your patient list at any time. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.
Your account
Keep sign-in details private and give staff only the access their role needs. You are responsible for activity under your clinic's accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use DentXOS for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service.

Liability
We work hard to keep DentXOS available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your dentists.
