Your first clinic pays the plan price. Each additional branch costs ₹6,000 a year, and you manage all the branches from the same account.
At present your staff send the messages from their own WhatsApp, so there is no extra charge. When automatic sending is launched on Pro, Meta will bill the message charges directly to your clinic's own account, and we will not add anything to them.
It means the Pro plan is not available yet. Everything on the Essentials plan works today. You can start on Essentials now and move to Pro when it is launched, and nothing you have entered will change.

You can add more storage at ₹1,000 a year for each additional 20 GB.
