Dental clinic reports that show how your clinic did this month

Before going home, most dentists want to know how much was collected that day and how much is still pending. DentXOS prepares these reports from the bills, payments and treatments your team already enters, and it also keeps a record of what the clinic spends on rent, salaries and small cash purchases.

  • Included in both plans
  • From ₹12,000 a year
01

You can see how much came in and how it was paid

The financial report shows the total revenue, the amount collected, the amount still outstanding and the discounts given, along with the collection for each day. Nobody has to add up receipts at the end of the day to know how the month is going.

Another report shows how much of the money came by cash, UPI, card and bank transfer. There is also a report on each day's work at the clinic, and a list of every payment received, which you can download and give to your accountant.

Large amounts are shown in lakh and crore, the way you would say them.

  • See total revenue, collections and outstanding amount
  • See the collection for each day
  • See how much came by cash, UPI, card and bank
  • Download the list of all payments for your accountant

You can see which patients have a pending balance and for how long

Part payments are common in dental treatment. A patient may pay for the first sitting of an RCT and say they will pay the rest when the crown is fixed. Over a few months, these pending amounts add up.

DentXOS has a report that lists the pending dues and groups them by how old they are, so your receptionist knows which patients to call first. The amounts come from the same bills your receptionist made, so nothing has to be entered again.

  • The figures come from the bills your receptionist made

Reports on your dentists and your treatments

One report shows how many treatment plans patients agreed to, out of the plans you presented to them. Another shows the mix of treatments done at your clinic. For each dentist, you can see how many patients they saw and how much was billed, and the commission summary shows the commission of each dentist.

There are also reports on your lab work, on the ratings your patients give and on Google reviews. If you have more than one clinic, you can view the reports for one branch or for all branches together.

  • See the mix of treatments done at your clinic
  • See how many patients each dentist saw and how much was billed
  • See the commission of each dentist
  • Reports on lab work, patient ratings and Google reviews

You can record clinic expenses, including petty cash

To know how the clinic is doing, you also need to know what it spent. In DentXOS you can record rent, salaries and materials, and also the small cash expenses that are often not written down, such as courier charges, tea for the staff or a purchase from the dental depot.

You can put expenses under your own categories and note which account the money was paid from. You can keep petty cash as a separate account, so that each amount taken from it has an entry. For an expense that repeats every month, such as rent, you set it up one time and do not have to enter it again each month.

The cash flow reports show the money that came in and the money that went out, and you can download them as a file you can open in Excel.

  • Put expenses under your own categories
  • Note the account each expense was paid from, including petty cash
  • Set up repeating expenses such as rent and salaries one time
  • Download the cash flow reports as a file you can open in Excel
