Why we made DentXOS.
DentXOS is dental practice management software for Indian clinics. We made it so that a clinic does not have to depend on a register, an Excel sheet, a separate billing app and a WhatsApp group.
The problem we wanted to solve
In most dental clinics the work is spread across many places. Appointments are written in a diary or a register, treatment notes are on paper case sheets, bills are made in a separate app or in Excel, and lab work is noted in a book. A WhatsApp group is used to keep everyone informed.

Each of these does its own job, but problems come up between them.
- A UPI payment has to be matched by hand when the clinic closes.
- A crown is delayed because nobody checked the lab book.
- A patient who was due for a recall is not called because nobody saw the date.
DentXOS keeps all of this on one patient record.
The record holds the appointment, the FDI tooth chart, the treatment plan, the bill, the lab order and the recall. Your receptionist, your dentists and you as the owner all work with the same information.

What we describe on this website is available in the software
Every feature described here works in DentXOS today. If something is not ready yet, we mark it as "Launching soon" and do not present it as available.

The prices shown are the prices you pay
Essentials costs ₹12,000 a year, and Pro, which is launching soon, will cost ₹20,000 a year. GST is added to these. We do not show crossed-out prices or offers with a countdown.

Your patient data belongs to you
The clinic's admin can download the patient list as a CSV file, which opens in Excel, at any time from inside DentXOS. You do not have to ask us for it.

We start from the clinic's daily work
We begin with what happens at the reception and at the chair, such as walk-in tokens, FDI charting, UPI payments at the counter, lab orders and recalls, and we build the software around that.
