This policy explains what personal data DentXOS collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website (dentxos.com) and the DentXOS app (app.dentxos.com).
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers or ask you to create an account. When you tap "Book a demo" or a WhatsApp link, you leave this site and talk to us on WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy. If you email or call us, we use your details only to reply and to arrange a demo.
The DentXOS app
Clinics use DentXOS to store their own records, including patient details, medical history, treatment records, x-rays and documents, invoices and payments. For this data:
- The clinic decides what is stored and why. We process it on the clinic's behalf, only to run the service.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use patient data for advertising.
- Access inside a clinic is limited by staff roles, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.
- A clinic's chain admin can export its patient list as a CSV file at any time.
We also keep the account details of clinic staff (name, email or phone, role) so they can sign in, and basic technical logs to keep the service secure and working.
Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the app, its database and uploaded files. They process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses DentXOS, please contact your clinic first, since they control your records. For anything else, including access, correction or deletion requests, write to hello@dentxos.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
